easy drawing ideas for difficult days

Hi folks, I haven’t had the greatest day today as I have a daily battle with major depression and today has been a tough one.  So, what to do with myself when I have these days?  Well, I try to think of something that will give some enjoyment and today it was cutting small shapes out of a local newspaper and gluing them onto an A4 sheet of paper.

I tried not to think about it too much, just chose colors that I liked and cut out  sections without any text.  Then I noticed a few words that I liked, why, I have no idea, I just cut them out and glued them on as well. I never got it to the point where it felt finished but I was definitely finished and it was time to stop. I wanted to share what I’d done today with one of my closest internet friends from the other side of the world so I thought I’ll upload it here and send her to this page to see my “masterpiece”

So I scanned it into Photoshop and did a bit of editing without changing the center part of the scan, much. What you see in the center is mostly as it came into Photoshop. So, here it is. If you like it and want a copy of it fill in the form below the video. Make sure you enter a title that will get my attention and I’ll email it to you as an attachment. Try printing it out and see what it looks like as a print.  Sell it to anyone who would want to buy it and make a profit. Why not:)
